We love Brooke Images over here at Florida Brides Blog and they always seem the have the best clients! When I saw Ashley from Brooke Images post Jeff and Brooke’s Engagement session shoot around St. Augustine, I knew I had to share it with you all! This couple is gorgeous, they are so happily in love! They are getting married in March at the Casa Marina in Jacksonville, we will be sure to show their wedding day when the times comes!
We were honored when Brian from Tampa Wonderworks Film and Video told about this awesome production that they put together, I just could not wait to share it!!!!
Julie and Trent were fabulous in trashing the dress on the super 8mm film too!!
If you have been following the blog you know that Julie submitted the winning story idea “Can’t Always Hit ‘em Straight.” Trent, an avid golfer, wanted their wedding on a golf course, Julie wanted the big dream wedding. Trent did the right thing and gave Julie her dream wedding. During their 1st toast as husband and wife, they used the glasses Julie’s grandmother gave them. As they picked up the glasses filled with champagne, Julie’s stem broke and the champagne spilled all over her dress. Thanks to that stain, she decided that Trashing her already stained dress would be a wonderful way to fulfill Trent’s golf course wedding dream, at least a little bit.
Julie and Trent really helped make this a unique event and a fun time for all of us. Trent got all dressed up in an old style golf outfit that really went with our vintage themed Super 8mm film. Julie was really into the spirit of the Trashing and had no reservations about any of the crazy ideas we had! A big thanks to Mike and Deborah from Emerald Greens in Carrollwood for letting us utilize their beautiful facility!
Kelly and Alex were married at the beautiful Sawgrass Marriott. It is a gorgeous venue, and Kelly infused the day with bright colors for a lovely look.
Kelly and Alex have the cutest story. The pair first met their freshman year at Jacksonville University in Mr. P’s Economics class, Room 114. They fell in love after learning that Alex played baseball for JU and Kelly played basketball. These two sports fanatics just couldn’t get enough of each other.
Their Wedding and Engagement Session was shot by Stephanie Lynn Photography, one of The Florida Brides Blog Vendors!

This is the most adorable wedding shot by Studio222 Photography at Disney’s Sea Breaze Point. You see Disney all over this wedding, and what could be more fun than that?! This is such a fun, goofy, cute wedding, and I just had to share their story with you all!
Disney has been expertly giving couples the wedding of their dreams for years, and this wedding was no exception. We love Katie’s Pink and Lavender Pastel Color scheme — so perfect for a “fairytale” wedding! Their sand ceremony and petal-strewn aisle showcase their beautiful colors. We also love that Mr. and Mrs. Donald Duck even made an appearance!!

I absolutely love this wedding by VuE photography! They just rocked it and well Jennifer has great style and totally blew every preppy wedding out of the water! A tandem bike? Who would of thought it would have been so cute and fun! I love the green dresses and, well, the first look is priceless! Here’s the story behind it: the duo decided to meet before their nuptials. In a field beside the church, VUE built an outdoor set to use at the meeting spot. However- when Cliff saw Jen from across the field they both started running full speed. It was pure magnetism just like this whole wedding!
This adorable wedding was submitted by Kylene at Forever Kylene Photography! This wedding has so much charm. I love the down home southern feel this Florida wedding has! The wedding has great details and so much inspiration! Congrats Beth and Paul you two are darling!

Chip and Maggie were married at The Thomas Center in Gainesville, FL. The images were captured by fabulous photographer Genya Garrett of Vue Photography. From Genya’s blog she quoted about the day: “Instead of a unity candle the couple poured soil and sand together from beakers…adding a twist. During cocktail hour friends and family sipped on tasty libations form the vodka infusion bar. The tiny drinks packed a punch!” How fun would this wedding have been to attend? Talk about cute! Paper lanterns hanging everywhere, bright pops of color, the fresh outside, bright green grass, a hot couple, a beautiful sunny day, and a fun dance! The details that Maggie created really stood out at this wedding; she did a great job! Personal touches and details like this make a wedding so memorable.
